Fall Golden Hour Family Mini Session

October 25th, 2019

One of the best parts of my job is getting to meet families that I normally wouldn't have the opportunity to meet. Through photography I am able to connect with so many individuals, families, and even businesses. My world has opened up more than I would have ever imagined through photography. One of those awesome families that I would not have normally met is the Douglas family. Because I have such amazing clients who refer their own network of family and friends to me, I get introduced to wonderful people like the Douglas's!

Sara happens to be the beautiful sister of my dear friend, Emily Sigler. And wow are they a lot alike! Both have this peaceful calming voice, sweet laugh, and have raised incredible kids. Just like Emily, Sara has married an incredible man, Mike. He is so kind and you could tell just from the way he looked at Sara how much he loved and cared for her.

The Douglas boys were so AWESOME! When you find out you have three boys to photograph you never know what you are going to get but I got three incredible subjects! Gabe, Will, and Ian had so much fun playing in the leaves, going on an adventure to the river, and even father and son wrestling. It was a beautiful way to end my day. They listened to my every word and their parents! Now, I know kids aren't like this all the time but boy Sara & Mike have some great boys!

Douglas family, thank you so much for the wonderful session! You have so much love for each other. You boys are so kind and respectful and I can tell how much you love your parents by the awesome hugs you give them! Your images turned out as golden as that beautiful sunset we enjoyed!
